The cops started hucking teargas at the anarchists already. Apparently they didn’t get a permit for their march. Which makes a lot of sense, why would a group of anarchists get a permit?

Although, wouldn’t being internally consistent somewhat defeat the whole principle of anarchy?

Maybe the true anarchists are the moderates, the people who vote democrat one year, and republican the next. No, because then they’re still voting within a binary structure, we’re gonna have to throw libertarian and socialist into the mix of possible choices. Perhaps the true anarchist is that one guy that wrote in Lizard People for the Minnesota Senate seat that eventually went to Franken.

You know what, how can you even be an anarchist if you vote, you’re still submitting to a system. But it’s not like you can say that you’ll never vote, even then you’re creating a system around which you live your life. So you gotta vote sometimes, and then not vote other times.

Let’s go further though, doing anything that is a pattern is some sort of structure, and the only way to avoid patterns is to live each day like the start of an entirely new life, to live by forgetting everything that happened prior to the now. So really anarchy promotes Alzheimer’s.
